Strive was founded in late 2014 to make companies behaving averagely, Companies Behaving Awesomely. We are passionate about the notion that people need to work and businesses need people. Our belief is that as individuals, we can always do more, push further, be greater – it is the experience that we are having that determines whether we will push harder or not. When people are having a good experience they naturally engage more, do more, give more. Strive exists to help companies unlock that capability in their people.
With personal experience having worked in and walked the halls of some of the worlds best companies to work for, and a keen flair for research, Andy has gathered up a database of case studies and statistics that prove the business case for crafting employee experience. Armed with proof of concept she set out to help make business better for everyone. She often features on radio and is a regular contributor to various online publications.
